Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the creation of visually appealing graphics and design elements for various projects.
2. Work closely with senior designers to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with overall project objectives.
4. Gain hands-on experience in using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
5. Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
6. Learn and apply design principles, techniques, and best practices.
7. Support the production of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and more.
8. Receive constructive feedback and actively participate in the refinement of designs.
9. Fresher or 1-year experience is needed
10. A Fine Art Dept. student will have an advantage.

Qualifications:
1. A degree or coursework in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography.
3. Basic understanding of operating artificial intelligence software (Midjourney, Dall-E, ChatGPT)
4. Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
6. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies.
7. Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into design improvements.
8. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
9. A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects (academic, personal, or professional) is a plus.
