We’re seeking a motivated, tech-savvy intern to join our dynamic Customer Success team. As a Customer Success Intern, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to their success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Expert Support: Deliver top-notch customer support through email, phone, and remote assistance tools.
  • Troubleshoot with Precision: Diagnose and resolve software issues promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Empower Users: Train and guide customers on maximizing our software’s benefits, sharing best practices and tips.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with development teams to identify and address software bugs and glitches.
  • Build Knowledge: Document support procedures and contribute to our knowledge base, ensuring valuable information is readily available.
  • Foster Communication: Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure seamless software implementation and usage.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bonus Points: Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is a plus.
