iFarmer is an impact tech startup that has developed an innovative online platform that enables anyone in Bangladesh to easily sponsor in farming and livestock. With a big group of employees, they needed a solution that could replace their HRIS and serve them better.

We developed a system that will take care of their Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Info Management, Assigning Asset, Training Management, Time & Attendance Tracking, Task Management, Payroll Management, Performance Management, Transfer & Promotion, Reward & Disciplining, Separation Processing and Final Settlement. We also got them a mobile app that’ll ease up remote attendance.
Impact
With the help of the app, it became easier for the employees to give remote attendance and apply for movement under certain circumstances. Besides, the leave application process became paperless as the app was enough to submit documents for leave and apply. Along with that, the recruitment efficiency was maximized, and the whole HR process was perfectly streamlined.
