Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AKIJ iBOS software (“Software”) and related services (“Services”) available through ibos.io. By accessing or using the Software or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Software is delivered electronically through a cloud-based platform, and access is granted immediately upon completion of subscription and payment. Once the subscription is confirmed, a system-generated email containing your login credentials and the purchase invoice will be sent to the authorized email address. All solutions provided under AKIJ iBOS are digital in nature, and for this reason, returns are not offered. A complimentary 14-day trial is available for users to evaluate the Software before making a paid commitment.

Due to the digital format of the product, AKIJ iBOS does not offer refunds. Users may cancel their subscription at any time; however, cancellations do not result in refunds for the remaining period. The free trial period is intended to help users determine suitability before subscribing. We provide extensive after-sales support through user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and email-based assistance to ensure users can make the most of the Software. Our software follows a subscription model, with monthly or yearly plans that renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Users are responsible for managing their subscription status, and cancellations only prevent future charges.

Users agree to pay the subscription fees applicable to their chosen plan. Payments are accepted in USD through international credit cards, and charges occur at the start of each billing cycle. Prices listed exclude all applicable taxes, including VAT, GST, withholding taxes, or other levies. Users are responsible for these taxes and agree to indemnify AKIJ iBOS against any claims arising from unpaid or incorrectly applied taxes. Users are required to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and are responsible for all activities conducted under their account. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately. AKIJ iBOS is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to user accounts.

If a complaint is received concerning your use of the Services, the complaint will be forwarded to your primary email address. You must respond to the complainant within 10 days of receiving the forwarded notice. Failure to respond may result in AKIJ iBOS sharing your contact information with the complainant for legal purposes. Unpaid accounts that remain inactive for 120 consecutive days may be terminated, and all associated data will be deleted. Users will receive advance notice and an opportunity to back up their data before termination. Use of the Software and Services is at the user’s own risk. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AKIJ iBOS makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Users assume full responsibility for any damage to devices or data resulting from use of the Services.

AKIJ iBOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruptions, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. If these Terms are updated, users will be notified through a service announcement or via email. Significant changes affecting user rights will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Because AKIJ iBOS provides cloud-based software that is delivered electronically and becomes accessible immediately after subscription and payment, returns are not applicable. All solutions offered through our platform are digital in nature, and access to the Service is granted as soon as your subscription is confirmed. For this reason, AKIJ iBOS does not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated. To ensure that users have sufficient time to assess the suitability of the Software before committing to a paid plan, we provide a 14-day free trial period with access to the core features included in the selected plan. By completing a subscription, you acknowledge that the Service has been delivered in full and that all associated payments are final and non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will stop any future billing cycles; however, cancellations do not generate refunds for the current billing period.
