PeopleDesk to Automate HR Management at Matador Group

Agreement Signing Ceremony at Matador Group Office

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the two organizations in early September 2023. Chief Project Officer Md. Al Amin signed the agreement on behalf of iBOS. Tanveer Ahmed, the Deputy General Manager of HR & Admin at Matador Group, signed the agreement from their side. Md. Nazmul Haque Sabuj, Senior Sales Manager of AKIJ iBOS, was also present as a witness during the signing ceremony at the head office of Matador Group.

PeopleDesk’s cloud-based solution will be utilized by the Human Resources department of Matador Group according to the aforementioned agreement. This will facilitate the management of attendance, leave, and other activities related to employee facilities for all personnel at Matador Group. Through this implementation, we expect that the HR management processes at Matador Group will be significantly improved.
