The efficient supply chain management system worked perfectly by tracking the inventory and other raw materials, which was made simple so that the people in the organization can now easily adapt to it. Production systems became more efficient as the management will have real-time updates about the work-in-process and manufactured goods, which was effective in eliminating wrong data input to a huge extent. Continuous updates of business reports helped the management to identify problems and solve them quickly. As the overall UI was simpler than ever, no major training was required in the first place. Financial activities were more authentic as the management was having real-time data of different transactions, and inventory/Stock management became simplified along with additional reports. Our developed Mobile Application enabled the management system to get updates about the revenues, sales collection, cost and expenses and thus boosted the cashflows and liquidity of the company.
