Justice and Care help rescue victims of slavery and human trafficking. This organization work on empowering them to rebuild their lives. Besides, the work with the police to pursue and dismantle criminal networks and bring perpetrators to justice in order to secure communities at risk from traffickers and spark systemic change.

Solutions
We created a system to handle everything from hiring to firing, from managing employee data to allocating resources to managing payroll and benefits, from tracking time and attendance to evaluating performance to handling separation paperwork. Moreover, we provided them with a mobile app that facilitates a smooth approval system.
Impact
The organization started to have the required real-time attendance data. Along with that, their asset management and requisition system became better as the employees could let the HR manager know of their asset requirements through the system. Besides, every time the employees apply for a leave or movement or asset, the HR manager will be notified through the app.
